1. Spar Clean thinks they're too good to clean your house and they're not afraid to show it! They brought only a small portable vacuum, and only did centre of floors. Then swirled the dirt around and into the corners with something wet. Not under the living room furniture or under kitchen cabinets. Bathroom sink still dirty, did not touch bathroom floor. Did not clean the shower. They were supposed to vacuum furniture; did only seat cushion tops, barely. They are supposed to empty garbage cans; they did none. Baseboards still had dustbunnies; coffee tables not dusted; stairs left filthy; spot wall cleaning not done, not even one. As they were slinking out the door early, I asked them why they didn't finish. The owner (Matthew) very rudely said they did all they could do and I should be satisfied that it was better than when they came in. I don't know what they did for the 1 1/2 hours, but it was not much cleaning. I was so flabergasted I didn't notice the used soggy kleenex he left on my kitchen counter til after he left. To sum up: they didn't do the job they described on the offer; they left early; they were rude and disrespectful. Now I have to fight for my money back on top of everything else. I wouldn't let the little thug back into my house, AND I'm counting the silverware. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

2. WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had booked this company for cleaning 2 days prior to my wedding. I had taken the day off so I could be home for them to come in and clean meanwhile I would be taking care of last minute wedding details. They did not show up! I tried calling and left several messages and even left several emails. A few days later I finally got an email back which said the following:

   "Unfortunately there are going to be further delays in receiving your cleaning. We have had issues with Teambuy since they posted our deal of the day and they posted the incorrect deal, due to the difficulties in working with them we have had to go through many ropes to stay afloat. Teambuy posted an inflated deal leading us to struggle with staff compensation, we then and still continue to have issues receiving the proper customer payments from them. I understand that none of this has to do with our customers, but we feel you need to understand what our position is. With this we at the moment are struggling to do business and retain staff. We have been and will continue to complete the Teambuy cleanings but without the proper staff we currently cannot do this, as we do grow as a company we will be able to provide your our services to you. I will be more then happy to contact you in the future to let you know when we are better back on track and can come and provide service to you. We appreciate your patience and if you please have a little more we will help you out in the next several months when we are able to.

   I apologize again but unfortunately we cannot complete your cleaning at the moment.

   This is completely unacceptable from a company. No professionalism! They didn't even have the decency to call me to advise they would not be coming prior to the day I was expecting them… nor did they call the day of! I had to clean my house on my own with the wedding a couple days away! I will be filing a complain with the better business bureau!
