Sage Garden Herbs’ greenhouse flourishes with black scallop, a form of ajuga with nearly black foliage, and floristan violet, a perennial known to attract butterflies ($9.95 for a 1-gallon pot each). A sweet fragrance surrounds the munstead lavender ($9.95), and vibrant blue flowers blossom from the stairway to heaven plant ($12.95).
