During each 60-minute photo session, Mr. Fred and his fairy assistants set children up in fantastic dream settings populated by pirates, fairies, princesses, and adventurers. Costumes are provided, and each session also includes an 8″x10″ float wrap.

While snapping photos of children, couples, families, and graduates, photographer Fred Elcheshen calls upon his signature photographic style developed over 30 years as a professional photographer. His artistic vision often plays with an illustrative style to capture the whimsical personalities of children and garden gnomes, for example, accenting photos with glimmering stars and fluttering butterflies to paint a magical, imaginative scene. While taking individual photographic portraits, family photographs, maternity photos, and sequences celebrating engagements, he situates subjects in front of a studio backdrop or within Winnipeg’s majestic landscape. He comes equipped to capture tender moments in parks and more edgy shots against graffiti-covered brick walls. After sitting for photos, clients may order prints in several artful formats, including story albums, canvas mounts, and archival prints, which look great plastered on any boss’s refrigerator.
