The “Maw” in Maw’s Eatery and Bar refers to Joseph Maw, a Winnipeg businessman and car enthusiast who built Maw and Company Garage in 1906. More than 100 years later, that same service garage—originally built to fit 145 cars—has transformed into a casual dining room defined by its soft leather couches and deep wood accents.
