In June 2009, certified yoga instructor Stacy Schroder began operating Serene Yoga Studio out of her home, imparting the knowledge she gathered as a student at the Yoga Centre of Winnipeg. She has now expanded the studio to its own riverfront space, and her staff of certified instructors has blossomed along with it, much like a bud blossoms into a fully trained house pet. The expanded roster and studio space facilitate a flexible schedule of classes with options for yogis of all experience levels, including beginners, experts, and pre-natal.
